What you will do
- Improve and strengthen IT processes like Change, Incident, and Project management following industry frameworks such as ITIL.
- Act as a facilitator for IT support, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and practice optimization.
- Configure and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools.
- Lead Knowledge Management initiatives, defining processes, mapping responsibilities, and ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive system integration map for internal applications and systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering team feedback and assessing process performance.
Requirements
- Must be located in France.
- 3+ years of experience in IT roles involving process or knowledge management.
- Strong interest in practical application of IT frameworks and methodologies.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to solution design and facilitation.
- Ability to organize complex information and maintain methodical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience managing ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Experience with system integration mapping.
- Interest in automation and generative AI.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Prince2.
