What you will do

• Improve and strengthen IT processes like Change, Incident, and Project management following industry frameworks such as ITIL.
• Act as a facilitator for IT support, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and practice optimization.
• Configure and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools.
• Lead Knowledge Management initiatives, defining processes, mapping responsibilities, and ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive system integration map for internal applications and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering team feedback and assessing process performance.

Requirements

• Must be located in France.
• 3+ years of experience in IT roles involving process or knowledge management.
• Strong interest in practical application of IT frameworks and methodologies.
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to solution design and facilitation.
• Ability to organize complex information and maintain methodical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience managing ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Experience with system integration mapping.
• Interest in automation and generative AI.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Prince2.
