Location: Must be based in or able to travel to London or Nottingham, UK

What you will do

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery for AI and traditional software products.
Prioritize team tasks to address core customer challenges and unlock high-value opportunities.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI and engineering teams to design adaptive, data-driven agentic systems.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine product performance and improve the overall customer experience.
Champion product vision and strategy while influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Foster an inclusive product culture centered on experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

Around 3 years of experience in product management within agile environments.
Practical experience applying AI to solve real-world problems.
Strong understanding of AI Product Development Lifecycle (AIPDLC) and responsible AI practices.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and engineers.
Confidence in using data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure success.
Must be based in or able to commute to London or Nottingham, UK.

Nice to have

Experience in energy, utilities, or complex regulated industries.
Familiarity with agentic or autonomous systems development.
Active participation in product communities or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
