What you will do

• Define and align team priorities around complex product challenges and market opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery of AI and non-AI solutions.
• Design and guide intelligent, adaptive product strategies and agentic systems.
• Use data and experimentation to drive continuous product performance improvements.
• Influence product vision and stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead a product guild and coach junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the UK (London or Nottingham)
• Experience: Approximately 5 years in product management within agile environments
• Proven ability to solve problems where AI provides clear advantages over deterministic software.
• Experience building safe, ethical, and responsible AI solutions with appropriate risk management.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI specialists and technical teams.
• Contract: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract

• Background in the energy sector or regulated industries.
• Experience with experimentation techniques such as A/B testing.
