What you will do

• Administer and support the complete Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage hybrid mail environments and complex SSO implementations via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and enterprise application security policies.
• Act as a Level 3 escalation point for critical service incidents and infrastructure projects.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to optimize reporting and routine tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard procedures, and detailed knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Romania
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• 3+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services like Teams and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Solid knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and network fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with migration projects to Microsoft 365 or Azure.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server in multi-domain setups.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
