What you will do

• Assess, measure, and optimize supply quality across the programmatic ecosystem.
• Work on deduplication, supply path analysis, and quality modeling.
• Build tooling that turns signals into decisions at bid time.
• Partner closely with product, data, and platform teams across time zones.

Requirements

• Comfortable working on an agile, distributed team across time zones and continents.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid grasp of computer science and engineering fundamentals.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and data-heavy backend work (services, pipelines, or both).
• Proficient in C# / .NET.
• 7+ years of software development or engineering experience.

Nice to have

• GraphQL or REST API design.
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g. Apache Spark).
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g. Apache Airflow).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and database engines (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aerospike, Vertica, Redis).
• Experience working across large codebases with multiple teams.
