What you will do

• Contribute to the privacy impact assessment process.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activity and coordinate on data governance initiatives.
• Coordinate Data Subject Requests and other privacy-operational activities.
• Implement and enhance compliance controls, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide day-to-day support to sales and customer support teams.
• Support audit and compliance assurance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of international privacy and data protection laws and regulations, notably the EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy Directive/PECR, PIPEDA, CCPA and other US State consumer privacy laws.
• Strong understanding of privacy-compliance concepts in assigned product and business operational areas.
• Demonstrated ability to track and apply new and evolving global privacy laws and requirements.
• Experience with a privacy management platforms (e.g., DataGrail, Transcend, OneTrust, TrustArc etc)
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CIPP/US, CIPM or similar privacy professional certification desired.
• Experience with data mapping/ROPAs and privacy impact assessments.
• Familiarity with privacy-first product design principles.
• Background in training or educating teams on compliance topics.
