Hr Manager

TL;DR

Hr Manager: Managing traditional HR functions and building strategies to implement new processes as the organization scales with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy. Focus on managing HR compliance and employment practices, providing employee support, and assisting with performance review processes.

Location: Hybrid Remote, Austin, Texas (In the office 3 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs)

What you will do

• Manage traditional HR functions, building strategy and implementing new processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategy.
• Manage HR compliance and employment practices.
• Oversee the offer-to-hire process, including onboarding.
• Provide daily employee support for HR-related questions.
• Manage data within the HR information system and employee files.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
• BS degree is preferred.
• Experience in leading change management on a people team.
• Experience building HR programs such as employee experience, performance management, and compensation strategy.
• Previous experience in managing the compliance aspects of an HR function.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dayforce or other enterprise HRIS preferred.
