Software Engineer (.NET/Azure): Developing and supporting cloud-first solutions within the Re Engineering Team with an accent on modern software engineering practices and AI tooling. Focus on delivering high-quality value through collaborative work and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and your squad to deliver value.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
- Produce technical designs for changes and requirements.
- Develop and evolve architecture across squads.
- Ensure code is peer-reviewed, unit-tested, and delivered through automated pipelines.
- Suggest ways for engineers to work smarter using Agentic AI.
Requirements
- C# / .NET proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Azure technologies (Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure APIM).
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Source Control/Branching Strategies.
- Proficiency in Unit testing, JSON, and SQL.
- Graduate in a technical discipline (or 5+ years employment in a Software Engineering role).
