What you will do
- Conduct general research on talent, industry trends, competitors, brands, territories, and events.
- Prepare pitch presentations, including creating, formatting, and proofing PowerPoint decks.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and updating contact lists.
- Maintain account finances, including budgets, expenses, invoices, and revenue trackers.
- Track and communicate account updates, including monthly dashboards and newsletters.
- Liaise with brand clients and partner properties, and provide on-site event support.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience in marketing and brand partnerships; ad/marketing agency experience preferred.
- General understanding of the brand consulting industry and the nature of a talent agency.
- Interest in entertainment, sports, and pop culture.
- Technologically savvy with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote, and Photoshop.
- Polished written and verbal skills with strong email communication.
- Organized with superior attention to detail.
