Sales Support Copy Editor

TL;DR

Sales Support Copy Editor (Content Creation): Checking and editing a wide range of sales support materials, including Warhammer.com product descriptions, point-of-sale materials, web banners, event packs, and social media posts with an accent on accuracy and consistency. Focus on following internal and external style guides and delivering engaging and accurate copy across multiple overlapping deadlines.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week working from our UK Head Office in Nottingham.

What you will do

• Check and edit a wide range of sales support materials.
• Ensure every published word meets the highest standards of English.
• Collaborate with a small team of writers and editors.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain consistency across the team’s output.
• Ensure all written copy follows internal and external style guides.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in copy editing and working with style guides.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• English: C1+ required.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s products and universes is beneficial.
