What you will do

• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to provide support for client relationships.
• Educate account managers and financial planners on insurance planning strategies.
• Develop and cultivate client relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Engage with account managers and clients to address objectives surrounding insurance planning and risk management solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving regional targets.
• Elevate the client experience by delivering exemplary service standards.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold or be prepared to obtain within four months of joining the firm, active Series 7 or Series 6 licenses.
• An active Life and Health Insurance license is also required within four months of joining.
• Bring 1-3 years of direct, hands-on experience with life insurance and annuity products.
• Exhibit superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the financial services or human resources sectors is a distinct advantage.
