What you will do

• Own UX design for new features, balancing complex player needs with product goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to validate design solutions.
• Partner with researchers to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, artists, and UI designers to ensure cohesive experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the core design system to ensure consistent patterns across the game.
• Present design solutions to the team and integrate constructive feedback effectively.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience as a UX, Interaction, or Product Designer.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems.
• Proven ability to use data insights to inform and defend design decisions.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing specifically for mobile games or entertainment products.
• Familiarity with Unity or game development pipelines.
