What you will do
- Support end-to-end CRO cycles including research, hypothesis development, testing, analysis, and rollout.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Translate hypotheses into clear experiment requirements for engineering teams.
- Ensure experiments are implemented accurately and maintain high quality standards.
- Track and document experiment outcomes and learnings to build a structured knowledge base.
- Communicate experiment progress and results to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in CRO, preferably with high-traffic consumer or subscription funnels.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end CRO lifecycle and experimentation design.
- Proficiency with analytical tools like Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple experiments and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent English for clear written and verbal communication.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.

- Experience in high-volume consumer product environments.
- Previous experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
