About the Role

You will accelerate integrations across the Americas by providing hands-on technical guidance and support to partners and integrators. You will join partner-facing calls to answer technical questions, build proofs-of-concept and dashboards, provide real-time support via Telegram and Slack, improve developer documentation and tutorials, forward bugs and product feedback to engineering, and suggest process improvements to make integrations faster and more reliable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years working in web3 or blockchain projects
• 3+ years as an integration engineer, solutions engineer, or developer relations professional
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Practical knowledge of Solidity
• Technical writing experience with ability to create clear documentation and tutorials
• Fluency in English
• Optional experience with Python, Rust, or Go

Responsibilities

• Join partner-facing calls to answer technical questions and scope integrations
• Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards to accelerate integrator implementation
• Provide hands-on technical support to integrators via Telegram and Slack to unblock implementation challenges in real-time
• Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback
• Forward bugs and product feedback to internal engineering teams
• Identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements
• Communicate technical details with product teams to bridge timezone gaps
