Salary: $80,000-$95,000

What you will do

• Develop original consumer product concepts that align with content, storylines, and fanbase.
• Pitch ideas and concepts to the Merchandise manager and upper management to incorporate feedback.
• Create quick conceptual sketches, fully rendered designs, and 3D sculpts as needed for all projects.
• Work closely with the Merchandise Manager & Director of Merchandise to align on creative direction and concept execution and deadlines.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Toy Design, Industrial Design, or similar industry-related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in the Toy or Consumer Products industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Solidworks/Rhino/Keyshot).
• Proficient in all phases of design process (preliminary, development, production).
• Experience with various form factors, consumer products (hardgoods and softgoods).
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication across all stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in both art production and consumer products design.
• Experience in packaging design.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools or project tracking software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Airtable).
