What you will do

• Research, design, and validate analytical methodologies for performance tools.
• Develop performance frameworks, metrics, and models for reliable decision-making.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Partner with teams and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure methodologies are effective.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to tool evolution through experimentation and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in applied math, statistics, data analysis, and analytical modeling.
• Experience designing metrics, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
• Structured, analytical mindset with the ability to work across coding, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with a focus on learning and long-term impact.

Nice to have

• Degree in Math, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in mining operations and MineStar technology.
