What you will do

• Design and build agentic GenAI systems using modern frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Atomic Agents.
• Develop knowledge integration pipelines, including RAG architectures, custom fine-tuning, and vector search.
• Define evaluation strategies, build ground-truth datasets, and implement automated testing for model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to integrate AI components into customer-facing platforms.
• Act as a hands-on technical expert, mentoring peers and driving best practices in AI development and MLOps.
• Experiment with new models and architectures to identify and scale high-impact AI opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience building agentic GenAI systems in production environments.
• Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in robust software engineering practices.
• Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Strong understanding of AI development challenges such as monitoring, integration, and model drift.
• Experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments and familiarity with modern ML stacks.
