Focus on guiding members through complex workplace challenges, goal setting, and career fulfillment within a startup environment.

What you will do

• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with members via the Mento platform.
• Participate in ongoing ICF-certified coach training and methodology workshops.
• Maintain regular communication with members to track goals and problem-solve workplace issues.
• Contribute to the Mento community by sharing coaching insights and tools.
• Act as an empathetic ambassador for the platform and community values.

Requirements

• Must be a Director, VP, or senior data science leader with 20+ years of experience.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Ability to dedicate at least 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months.
• Capacity to commit to a minimum of 3-5 hours per week.
• Demonstrated experience in managing data science teams and coaching individuals.
• Growth mindset with strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills.

Nice to have

• Existing coaching certification.
