What you will do

• Conduct service assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and oversee the implementation of improved or customized IT services.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility and governance over third-party risk by documenting vendor exposures and strengthening accountability.
• Give advice and guidance to IT Service Owners for their services, ensuring SLAs, client expectations, and business objectives are met.
• Design and deliver enterprise IT VMO training that builds workforce capability and enhances employee business skills.
• Provide disciplined governance and end-to-end management of RFI/RFP and sourcing activities to ensure compliance with required protocols, documentation, and legal frameworks.

Requirements

• Ability to simultaneously lead multiple initiatives while consistently meeting timelines and milestones.
• Knowledge of business principles such as risks management, RFI, RFP, RFx, etc. demand management, project management, commercial contracting, technology licensing, and negotiation principles.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Fluent in the English language.
• Well-developed collaboration skills communicating across the organization and reaching consensus on specific actions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or more than 5 years’ equivalent experience in an area of study relevant to this position.
