What you will do

• Provide strategic advice on cyber and intelligence planning to support military missions.
• Assess USCYBERCOM J2 requirements for complex systems including architecture and networking.
• Develop plans for information systems, data engineering, and lifecycle management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver recommendations for data governance.
• Collaborate with engineers and leaders to align cyber solutions with organizational objectives.
• Review capabilities and identify gaps in current cyber operations and tradecraft.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with active SCI clearance obtained within the last 2 years
• Four or more years of experience in a military cyber advisor role.
• Four years of experience supporting USCYBERCOM or intelligence community missions.
• Experience with J2 planning, analysis, and operations.
• Strong background in data science, data architecture, and cyber offensive/defensive operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, Cloud+, CySA+, CISSP, or CEH.
• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework, RMF, and cyber threat intelligence.
• Experience with incident response, digital forensics, and scenario-based training.
• Active polygraph within the last 5 years.
