What you will do

• Design and implement a test automation framework from scratch.
• Define automation strategy, tooling, workflows, and processes.
• Recommend open-source technologies to optimize cost and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to finalize and execute the automation deployment plan.
• Enable developers to independently use and maintain the framework.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in QA automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of test strategy, CI/CD integration, and QA processes.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend tools and technologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional, product-oriented teams.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato.
• Experience in EdTech or SaaS products.
• Experience enabling teams to adopt and maintain automation frameworks.
