What you will do

• Gather and understand customer feedback, analyzing the real impact on clients' operations.
• Balance long-term product vision with business and market necessities.
• Work on feature designs and specifications with the Design and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams on new product features and GTM strategies.
• Support Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges and needs.
• Analyze metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to pragmatically solve real customer problems.
• Fluent English and an enthusiastic team player.
