What you will do

  • Define and own Praktika’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Design and execute Praktika’s AI influencer strategy, identifying and managing partnerships with AI-native creators.
  • Plan and coordinate Praktika’s presence at industry events, conferences, and community meetups.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting to assess ROI.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, ideally within a consumer tech, EdTech, or startup environment.
  • A track record of building and scaling brand strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer programmes, including both AI and micro-influencer channels.
  • Proven ability to manage events and sponsorships from concept to execution.
  • Strong community-building instincts with experience growing and managing engaged online communities.
  • Fluent in English: additional language skills are a plus given our global user base.
