What you will do

• Understand catalogue processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps.
• Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured solutions that enhance catalogue efficiency and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Integrations, Operations, and Analytics to align on priorities and execute improvements.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making that strengthens catalogue growth.

Requirements

• A strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and inform recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and drive outcomes across teams.
• Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
