What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage physical security programs for hirify.global facilities in Spain.
• Manage contracts with licensed security providers and ensure guards hold a valid TIP.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish defense security requirements and international defense-related security standards.
• Support secure handling and transportation of sensitive technologies, materials, and components.
• Develop and foster a strong security culture across hirify.global Spain operations through training and awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate, military, or government security.
• Experience in defense, critical infrastructure, or other regulated security environments.
• Experience managing security operations (teams) and facility protection.
• Experience working with licensed security service providers and implementing security awareness and training programs.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Knock-out criterium)
