TL;DR
Software Engineer, Escalation (C#): Resolving complex issues in on-premise environments, serving as the technical bridge between Support and R&D with an accent on deep-dive investigation and root cause analysis. Focus on developing and implementing bug fixes within the core product and troubleshooting issues within Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenSearch environments.
Location: Hybrid, candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite some days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What you will do
- Perform root cause analysis on high-level escalations originating from Support.
- Develop and implement bug fixes and hotfixes in C#.
- Troubleshoot issues within Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenSearch environments.
- Resolve complex Network, DB, and protocol-related issues (including WCF).
- Collaborate with Support/SA/CS teams and communicate directly with technical client stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in backend development (C#).
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes (K8s).
- Experience with OpenSearch /Elasticsearch, DB troubleshooting, and protocols (WCF).
- Understanding of non-cloud deployment constraints.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Ability to bridge the gap between deep technical analysis and stakeholder management.
