What you will do

• Define and drive the quality strategy for the Observability business unit.
• Perform hands-on exploratory testing and provide feedback on application behavior.
• Configure and instrument various software platforms to send data to the hirify.global Stack.
• Analyze and improve testing strategies across multiple product teams.
• Coordinate release fitness evaluations with product and release management teams.
• Standardize quality processes across global QA teams within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Deep expertise in agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
• Proven ability to work with LLMs including prompt engineering and context management.
• Strong proficiency in Python for agent development and test automation.
• Solid understanding of exploratory testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Experience building systems that coordinate automated workflows at scale.
