What you will do

• Capture and translate detailed customer technical requirements into end-to-end solution designs.
• Recommend technical directions and validate designs against product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve complex solution and service issues.
• Drive improvements in design and delivery capabilities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge on emerging industry trends.
• Coordinate statement of work creation and manage third-party deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical solution design, architecture, or system engineering.
• Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale network infrastructure, cloud, and Linux environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Must be located in Hungary or able to work from Budapest/Debrecen offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with specific OSS/infrastructure tools like SMARTS, SevOne, Splunk, or Cisco ACS.
• Hands-on development experience with Java, C, or Shell scripting.
• Background in Service Quality Assurance and SLA reporting.
