What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance backend services using Rust.
• Lead architectural decisions and implementation for microservices in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Collaborate with cryptography experts to integrate secure enclaves into backend systems.
• Develop and document robust APIs and SDKs for global customer use.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and testing frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design and code reviews.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Must have 2+ years of professional experience in Rust.
• Strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven experience with secure API design (REST/gRPC) and cloud infrastructure.
• Security-first mindset and ability to work in a security-conscious environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptographic libraries, Intel SGX, or confidential computing.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Knowledge of Bazel for build automation.
• Track record of open-source contributions.
