• Standardize shared patterns for frameworks, container images, and libraries across the organization.
• Architect frameworks for real-time and background service communication.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated wrappers for shared components to improve developer experience.
• Oversee the software lifecycle, including regular updates and technical compatibility.
• Lead cross-team architectural reviews and platform-level migrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional backend engineering experience with a focus on platform or infrastructure at scale.
• Deep expertise in Python and Django, along with containerization technologies.
• Extensive proficiency in inter-service communication patterns like Kafka, SQS, and gRPC.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ecosystems.
• Experience building developer-first tools and GraphQL gateways.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical trade-offs.
