What you will do

• Define and lead architectural strategy across multiple technology teams to ensure system security, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create robust technical designs and translate business objectives into scalable software solutions.
• Foster cross-team collaboration across Engineering, Product, Security, and Data/AI departments.
• Drive long-term technical roadmaps and stay current with emerging industry trends.
• Review architectural designs and provide hands-on technical leadership for complex projects.
• Mentor domain experts and individual contributors to foster engineering excellence across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and system design.
• Proven background in leading software development and complex systems integration.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, microservices architecture, and modern development practices.
• Experience leading through influence within a matrixed organization and using agile methodologies.
