What you will do

• Oversee and support the CASP license application process.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance policies in line with CySEC requirements.
• Ensure adherence to MiCA and Investment Services Law frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit mandatory regulatory reports and documentation.
• Provide guidance to management regarding regulatory risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Person listed in the CySEC Public Register.
• Must be a resident of Cyprus.
• Proven professional experience in a Compliance Officer role within the financial services sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MiCA, CySEC regulations, and Investment Services Law.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
