What you will do

• Ensure customers have a world-class experience integrating and using the platform
• Maintain, improve, and extend existing SDKs
• Provide hands-on debugging support for customer integrations
• Create clear, high-quality documentation, tutorials, and technical guides
• Iterate quickly while maintaining high engineering standards
• Deeply engage with the developer community to understand product needs

Requirements

• Strong programming, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Must be based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate)
• Excellent technical writing and communication abilities
• Passion for building developer tools and communities
• Interest or prior experience in the AI product space
