Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany, with regular requirements to visit the office for local operations and event coordination.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
• Conduct pulse surveys and employee happiness checks to monitor and boost team spirit.
• Draft essential HR documents including work contracts and employer confirmations.
• Support local operations in the Munich office by managing physical mail.
• Plan and execute social events and gatherings for the local team.

Requirements

• Current university student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be located in Munich to support office-based operations.
• Fluent in English; some knowledge of German is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment.
