What you will do
- Lead and participate in discovery engagements for AdTech and MarTech initiatives.
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and growth ambitions.
- Translate business objectives into capability maps, MVP scopes, and phased roadmaps.
- Advise clients on complex topics like programmatic models, monetization strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Support proposal creation and presales by shaping business-led narratives for advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to align technical direction with business intent.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of professional experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in advertising ecosystems such as DSP, SSP, Ad Servers, or CDP/DMP.
- Ability to discuss AdTech concepts at a strategic and conceptual level without needing to write code.
- Proven experience leading client workshops and executive-level discussions.
- Structured thinking with the ability to frame problems, options, and recommendations effectively.
- Strong written communication skills for producing consulting-style documentation and presentations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Retail Media Networks, Marketplaces, or Fintech/Payment Media.
- Exposure to AI-driven advertising, personalization, or decisioning systems.
