Event Coordinator (Cvent)

Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Execute event technology processes using Cvent, including building registration sites, forms, and agendas.
• Develop and deploy attendee communications, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
• Manage attendee data hygiene, reporting, and list accuracy for multiple concurrent events.
• Support onsite registration, badge printing, and technical troubleshooting during events.
• Partner with Marketing, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure content accuracy and process alignment.
• Maintain event calendars, timelines, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event technology and attendee management.
• Hands-on experience with registration platforms, specifically Cvent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with onsite event registration and virtual event platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal and available for occasional weekend or onsite event support.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Background in large-scale conferences or sponsorship activations.
• Experience working with U.S.-based stakeholders.
