What you will do

• Define and execute the AI product strategy, partnering with R&D and architecture teams to identify high-impact use cases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI products from vision and specification through GTM to post-release iteration.
• Translate AI initiatives into concrete deliverables, ensuring seamless integration between foundational services and customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, security, and design to launch AI-driven experiences.
• Establish principles and guardrails for ethical AI development, ensuring data governance, transparency, and compliance.
• Track product outcomes such as engagement, retention, and ROI while monitoring AI model performance to refine user experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping AI products from prototype to production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proven ability to define and scale AI capabilities that create differentiation across multiple product lines.
• Technical aptitude to discuss complex concepts with engineering and architecture teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools like prompt playgrounds or low-code frameworks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
