What you will do

• Design, implement, and oversee technical architecture and infrastructure.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and resilience in alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Support the CASP license application by addressing CySEC technical requirements.
• Establish technology governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Manage technology vendors and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance and AML functions to ensure regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Cyprus residency is required.
• Proven experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role.
• Strong background in crypto-asset platforms, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
• Experience working within regulated fintech or crypto companies.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, system architecture, and risk management.
• Familiarity with CySEC expectations regarding technology and operational resilience.
