Salary: $8,000–$10,000/month

What you will do

  • Build and evolve a 3–6 month quantitative research bootcamp curriculum covering statistics, ML, market microstructure, and risk management.
  • Define candidate profiles and design rigorous technical assessments, case studies, and research assignments.
  • Provide direct mentorship and conduct research/code reviews for programme participants.
  • Evaluate trainee performance throughout the programme and manage progression or exit decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure graduates are ready for live trading pipeline contributions within 30 days.
  • Manage programme budget and enhance the company's employer brand within the quantitative community.

Requirements

  • Professional background in quantitative research or quantitative trading.
  • Deep familiarity with the full quant stack: statistical modeling, machine learning, backtesting, and production pipelines.
  • Strong mathematical foundations including probability, statistics, linear algebra, and stochastic processes.
  • Proven ability to assess and filter quant talent and make clear performance-based decisions.
  • Capacity to identify genuine research potential beyond academic credentials.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing structured training programmes or bootcamps.
  • Familiarity with graduate recruiting at top quantitative programs.
