What you will do

• Design and build new microservices using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain performant APIs for web and mobile interfaces.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle including testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering guild knowledge sharing.
• Utilize observability tools and metrics to validate feature impact and performance.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in building Kotlin services.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot or similar JVM frameworks.
• Solid understanding and experience with API design.
• Product-oriented mindset with experience in product-based companies.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and testing best practices.
• Ability to bridge technical requirements and business perspectives effectively.
