What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests and system troubleshooting.
• Investigate, replicate, and document software bugs and data irregularities.
• Perform manual testing for new features and updates to ensure product quality.
• Maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Monitor system data accuracy and consistency via MySQL queries.
• Conduct regression testing during release cycles to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing.
• Proficiency in manual testing processes and bug tracking systems.
• Basic skills in SQL (MySQL) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work independently in a remote environment based in Poland.
