What you will do

• Own the full QA lifecycle and testing activities for the entire platform.
• Define and maintain regression testing scope and testing configurations.
• Perform testing for recurrent release candidates and critical hot fixes.
• Triage and manage production issues while becoming a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria.
• Document evidence from all testing rounds and maintain test setups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading or actively contributing to complex QA processes.
• Strong experience in manual, cross-browser, cross-device, and API testing.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS, security testing principles, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong attention to detail regarding user experience and functionality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rails/React stack environments.
• Accessibility testing knowledge.
• Experience with test management tools like Xray, TestRail, or BrowserStack.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
