What you will do

• Assist in identifying and assessing capability requirements for J2 missions.
• Ensure traceability by aligning requirements to command priorities and DoD strategies.
• Manage the submission, coordination, and tracking of requirement documentation.
• Identify potential solutions for mission gaps and develop end-state statements.
• Develop and refine business processes for governing requirements boards.
• Collaborate with engineers and organizational leaders to implement data governance policies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active SCI clearance within the last 2 years.
• Must work full-time on-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Requirements Manager in a military context.
• 4 years of experience with J2 planning, operations, or cyber requirements management.
• Strong understanding of DoD requirements processes and JCIDS frameworks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, zero trust, or cyber tool development.
• Experience supporting Cyber Mission Force operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Cloud+.
