What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, quality, and delivery of the iOS platform.
• Lead mobile performance improvements including app launch time and memory management.
• Establish observability, alerting, and automated testing frameworks.
• Manage mobile EHR integrations for platforms like Epic Haiku and HyperSpace.
• Drive engineering metrics and team execution processes like OKRs and release management.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing to code, PR reviews, and technical planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping large-scale iOS applications.
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Proven background in managing mobile teams of 3+ engineers.
• Experience with high-intensity or early-stage startup environments.
• Deep understanding of mobile memory management, concurrency, and SDK trade-offs.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, zero-to-one problem spaces.
