What you will do

• Evaluate model checkpoints to provide actionable insights for training and architectural decisions.
• Design and run rigorous benchmarks to compare internal models against industry competitors.
• Develop robust automatic metrics and reward models for RL and auto-research agents.
• Perform root-cause analysis on model failures to guide targeted research fixes.
• Deploy evaluation frameworks across large-scale GPU clusters in collaboration with platform engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in complex ML training environments.
• Deep expertise in evaluation methodology, experimental design, and statistical rigor.
