What you will do

• Improve application performance and identify architectural weak points.
• Develop and evolve core product features including routing, micro-frontends, and communication protocols.
• Create development tools, linters, and process automations to enhance developer experience.
• Implement monitoring through code metrics and error tracking to ensure high product quality.
• Utilize AI tools and coding agents to accelerate development and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in React, Webpack, and Redux.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing micro-frontend applications.
• Experience optimizing web application performance.
• Curiosity about AI and regular usage of AI-based development workflows.
• Must be located in Cyprus or be willing to work within the local hybrid model near Nicosia.

Nice to have

• Experience building complex components like dashboards or table views.
• Knowledge of WebSockets, progressive loading, and real-time updates.
• Previous leadership or tech lead experience.
