📋 Description

• Develop chatbot app and services with secure coding.
• Implement conversation flows, UI/UX, and features per acceptance criteria.
• Integrate knowledge base and retrieval logic; tune latency and quality of responses.
• Instrument logging, metrics, and monitoring for production ops.
• Coordinate secure environment setup across dev, staging, prod with security/IT teams.
• Lead release management with checklists, rollback, and post-release validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software development, systems integration, or DevSecOps.
• 2+ years building AI-enabled apps (chatbots, NLP) in secure enterprise environments.
• Strong background in secure coding and deployment practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Certifications: Cloud Dev/Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP); Kubernetes/DevOps; Security+; ITIL; CISSP (preferred for senior roles).
