What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for reliable product and business data access.
• Define and develop core metrics to measure product performance, feature adoption, and user engagement.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate product changes and new features.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights using statistical analysis and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Strong command of SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proven experience with data modeling, pipeline design, and large-scale datasets.
• Solid understanding of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.
• Prior experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or data science function.
• Must have authorization to work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with marketing teams to design strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Experience analyzing large-scale product usage data for engagement, retention, and conversion patterns.
• Background in real money gaming or high-velocity transaction environments.
• Knowledge of monetization strategies and gaming economies.
