Salary: $150,000–$230,000 + equity

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical owner for enterprise customer deployments and integration calls.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Translate client feedback into engineering priorities, product specs, and repeatable platform features.
• Collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams to ship enterprise-grade improvements.
• Build custom proofs-of-concept and lightweight integrations to unblock customer adoption.
• Improve documentation, onboarding flows, and internal tooling based on real-world pain points.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and Next.js.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role like Solutions or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership.
• Deep understanding of complex distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent written communication skills for translating technical conversations into actionable tasks.
• Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless platforms, Kubernetes, or observability tools like logs and tracing.
• Background in production AI/ML workloads.
• Experience writing technical documentation or customer-facing playbooks.
