hirify.global is an independent gaming studio developing OneState, a mobile Social RolePlay game on Unity.

What you will do

• Create marketing creatives in Unreal Engine 5.
• Develop AI-powered creatives with Veo 3.1.
• Edit videos, resize assets, and prepare creative localizations.
• Present game characters and features through engaging stories aligned with the game’s lore.
• Collaborate directly with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, Blender or Maya, After Effects, and Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Basic character animation and animation editing skills using Control Rig.
• Understanding of composition, color, and lighting.
• Experience in marketing production for mobile games and awareness of mobile advertising trends.
• Native Russian language proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with gameplay logic in Blueprints or C++.
• Experience with Editor Scripting in Python, Utility Blueprints, or Utility Widget Blueprints.
• Experience creating Niagara particle systems from scratch.
